Meet the Owner - Tyler Bibb

United States Marine Corps Veteran

Tyler Bibb's career as a skilled auto mechanic began with his service in the United States Marine Corps.  "I didn't choose to become an auto mechanic, it chose me - and I love it."


During his five years at Camp Pendleton, California, Tyler worked as a helicopter mechanic, maintaining and repairing Huey and Cobra helicopters.  This experience laid the foundation for his expertise in mechanical and electrical systems and ignited his passion for the field.


Tyler continued to build upon his knowledge by attending EFI University, a renowned high-performance engine training center where he received specialized training in electronic fuel injection for both gas and diesel engines, further enhancing his skills and understanding of advanced automotive systems.


Tyler's military background, combined with his training at EFI University and his 20 years of experience have established him as an exceptionally qualified auto mechanic.  He is particularly known for his expertise in 

installing Jasper Engines' transmissions, gas engines, diesel engines, drive trains, and differentials.

 

Today Tyler Bibb is the proud owner of Bibb Auto Repair and Diesel, a veteran-owned auto repair shop located in Christiansburg, VA.  His auto repair shop is a testament to his dedication, skills, and the knowledge he has acquired throughout his career.

 

As a Marine Corps Veteran, Tyler brings the discipline, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities he learned in the Marine Corps to his business, ensuring that each vehicle that enters his shop receives the highest quality of service.
